Sandeep Goel, President & CEO of Medical Resource Network (MRN), a division of SAYAS Alliance, has 30 years of global business leadership and quality management experience across multiple industries. Throughout his professional career, he has always fostered a data and information driven culture when making critical business decisions. This improved the accuracy and likelihood of a desired outcome in any legal, technical, or commercial situation. Also, over his career, Sandeep has led quality improvement programs focused on policies, standards, and processes. He has worked closely with many organizations to launch new products and services ensuring regulatory compliance. He has formed partnerships to increase industry awareness by sharing best practices through speaking events, webinars, and newsletter publications. Sandeep was an active board member for a nationally recognized association that develops accreditation and certification guidelines.

Sandeep has dual undergraduate degrees in biology and engineering along with a minor in psychology. In addition, he has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University with concentrations in strategy, finance, marketing, and organizational behavior.

Pat Cook is Head of Consulting Services for Medical Resource Network (MRN), a division of SAYAS Alliance. Pat oversees and facilitates  business development initiatives, and manages the clinical delivery of services and support for MRN. With her extensive healthcare experience, Pat serves as a knowledgeable resource to new and existing clients, helping to define the scope of services that will deliver the greatest value to the client organization.

A practicing Pharmacist for 24 years, Pat has nearly four decades of healthcare administrative and quality experience with extensive knowledge in quality initiatives, risk management, and patient safety processes. Her healthcare career began within Pharmacy Services where she served in multiple leadership positions including Drug Distribution Supervisor, Assistant Director of Pharmacy, and Director of Pharmaceutical Care. Her experience with regulatory compliance, licensure, and accreditation spans over 25 years and involves survey coordination and survey readiness and response across hospital, long-term care, ambulatory care, behavioral health, and home care practice settings. Before joining the SAYAS Alliance team, Pat’s most recent healthcare experience was serving as System Vice President of Accreditation and Licensure for RWJ Barnabas Health where she facilitated overall regulatory compliance with the CMS Conditions of Participation and various accrediting organization accreditation processes and promoted the use of quality improvement processes to design processes for care that focus on patient safety. In addition to her Regulatory and Accreditation expertise, Pat has extensive training and experience in the conduct of Root Cause Analysis. Utilizing the principles of continuous quality improvement, transparency, and collaboration, Pat has demonstrated skills in government relations, medical staff relations, leadership, and management development. From 2000 through 2003, Pat served on the Editorial Board for Aspen Publishers Pharmacy Department Compliance Manual.

Pat is a graduate of St. John’s University, Queens, New York where she earned her bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences. Her professional accreditations include a Six Sigma Green Belt, certification as a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional for Medicare & Medicaid Services (HACP-CMS), and a Master Trainer in TeamSTEPPS.

Ronda Katzman, Head of Operations for Medical Resource Network (MRN), a division of SAYAS Alliance, is responsible for oversight and management of finance, budget control, asset acquisition, human resources management, benefit management, employee performance, and related organizational areas.

Ronda has extensive experience in business performance and operations management, as well as implementing structures and systems to refine and maximize organizations for overall performance efficiency. She has played key roles in business and operations management in a variety of settings including property management, non-profit, independent education, and small business consulting. Ronda received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Master of Business Management from University of Phoenix.
